On Monday evening I was invited to a press event at Fresh Health Kitchen in Southampton, a small independent restaurant full of healthy options.
It was so refreshing to see a takeaway restaurant that was so quick, easy and best of all healthy! All of the food was cooked fresh with the option to watch the chefs prepare your dish. This is a such a good place to visit if you are thinking about changing your diet, creating a more healthier lifestyle or even just finding good tips for healthy meals. There was plenty of food options and was also able to cater to dietary requirements.
For my drink I was offered a variety of smoothies, I went for one called “Sunshine” with some ingredients being banana, passionfruit and mango. It was so refreshing and tasted great.
For my food, I went for the red lentil, sweet potato, and coconut soup for starter, for main I had the prawns and garlic, and for dessert I chose the honeycomb cheesecake. It all tasted amazing and at reasonable price too.
If you are in the Southampton area I would definitely recommend a visit, it is so close to the train station so is the perfect pit stop for any journey or if you live in the area you can order through Deliveroo.
